Steven Connolly, CPA
After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in accounting, Mr. Connolly spent several years in Public Accounting, earning his CPA designation in 1991. He then moved into the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, where he worked his way up from staff accountant to Controller. His remaining time in a financial capacity was spent as a Regional Controller for ADP. In 1998, Steven recognized an opportunity to bring the accounting profession and banking industry together. He created a bank for accounting firms, which allowed financial professionals the opportunity to originate loans for their clients, thereby eliminating the middleman or salesperson. He was responsible for creating this business from concept, to include over 2,000 financial professionals nationwide.
From there he joined a Fortune 500 consulting and staffing firm to rebuild their Long Island Consulting and Staff Augmentation practice. In just 3 years, he grew revenue by almost $100,000 per week, by taking a more consultative approach to the business, and developing more intimate relationships with his clients. Mr. Connolly decided to start Co-Source Solutions to pursue a business model that he felt better served his clients and project professionals.
With almost 15 years of business finance, and accounting experience, and over 5 years staffing project professionals, co-source solutions is uniquely positioned to understand the specific needs of their clients and offer the best possible consulting experience and project professionals.
